The 2nd edition of the SWISH TALENT COMBINE gathered some of the most promising young basketball players born in 2007–2010, offering them two days of intense training, evaluation, and networking in a professional basketball setting.
Over the course of the weekend, participants went through a series of athletic and basketball-specific tests, followed by team competitions, led by respected names from the basketball world.
The Combine opened with a full day of testing and basketball drills led by experienced coaches specialized in skill development and youth combines.
Day 1 concluded with the announcement of the best three-point shooter based on performance during the shooting test.
Teams were formed from all participants, who then competed in a structured mini- tournament. Coaching the teams were two highly respected former professional players:
EuroLeague champion, silver medallist at EuroBasket 2009, and a former Serbian national team guard.
World Championship semi-finalist (Turkey 2010), and one of the top European forwards of his era.
One of the most memorable moments of the Combine came with the arrival of Boban Marjanović, international basketball icon and fan favorite. Boban didn’t just observe — he actively joined the benches, offered in-game tips, answered questions from young players, and generously took the time for autographs and photos with every participant.
His presence elevated the atmosphere and provided inspiration to all involved.
"It was one of the best basketball weekends of my life. I learned so much, and getting advice from players like Boban, Savanović, and Tepić was unbelievable," shared one of the participants, summarizing the spirit of the Combine.
